At Plesyy, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items (including opened whitening pens) cannot be returned once used or unsealed.
- Promotional items, free gifts, or discounted clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at support@plesyy.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
