At Plesyy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will review your case and, if eligible, provide a refund under the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer misuse.
Non-Refundable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products (such as opened whitening pens) are non-refundable once opened.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
- Contact our support team at support@plesyy.com to request a refund authorization.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7β10 business days back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you havenβt received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card account.
- If still unresolved, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
- If youβve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@plesyy.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
