At Plesyy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will review your case and, if eligible, provide a refund under the terms below.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer misuse.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products (such as opened whitening pens) are non-refundable once opened.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@plesyy.com to request a refund authorization.
  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card account.
  • If still unresolved, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@plesyy.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
